As the founder and former business owner of a monthly publication for 5 years, Gina acquired an extensive background in marketing, sales, and advertising. She later held roles in mortgage financing, quality assurance, compliance, training, and business process engineering for Fortune 500 companies in the banking and finance industry.
As a process engineer, Gina realized that while applying Agile principles to how work gets done adds tremendous value when implemented correctly, the main reason many companies struggle with adopting Agile throughout the enterprise boiled down to two central issues. The process for learning Agile lacked structure and was overly complicated. Realizing that people can't successfully execute what they don't fundamentally understand, Gina set out to help change that.
Gina developed a framework that provides clients with a simple and easy-to-understand process for creating a customized strategic roadmap and action plan to accelerate the consistent achievement of company goals.
